About Cheerleading

 cheerleading

Cheerleading is a vibrant, high energy, athletic discipline that is exploding in popularity. Probably the fastest growing sport across Britain and as awareness grows, so does its popularity within schools. Cheerleading is a fantastic activity which not only teaches children a wide range of skills such as cheer dance, gymnastics, jumps, stunting pyramids and motions but  also promotes discipline, confidence, self-awareness and teamwork.
